We had a great time staying here. The location is very convenient with shops and major attractions nearby. We were impressed with the 24-hour room service and the staff's willingness to meet our request for adjacent rooms. The spa and wellness centre with the outdoor swimming pool and sauna were a great addition to our stay. The rooms were well-equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and electric kettles for our convenience.
The water bottles provided were limited, and the view from the room wasn't great. But, we still highly recommend this place to families and others.

I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient as it was in the center of this city. The hotel facilities were great and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the staff were friendly and efficient in assisting me during my stay.

Friendly staff and efficient service. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room size was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep.
The room had a strong perfume smell upon entering, which later dissipated but still left an unpleasant odor. the pillows in the room also had a bad smell, although I was able to find better-smelling pillows on the other bed.

The breakfast had a good choice of fruits, cheese, and pastries. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. The lifeguard was friendly and attentive at the pool. I recommend this hotel.
